Refund policy

We want you to love your Our Shared Memory keepsake kit. If you're not satisfied, you may return your unopened, unused kit within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to request a return: Contact us at info@oursharedmemory.com with your order number to start the process.

Condition: Kits must be unopened and in their original packaging, since the materials (alginate, casting powder) cannot be resold once opened for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or faulty items: If your kit arrives damaged or with missing components, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
